- Acceptance of the idea that you are creating the experience of your
own reality and are responsible for it.
- A willingness to relate to the shadow side of yourself and others.
- A willingness to do rigorous intellectual and emotional work.
- A committment to work individually at least twice a month
with a Helix Practioner or other trained practitioner of your choice.
Healing is an ancient skill and belongs to people naturally. It is
not the sole province of those with advanced degrees. Your acceptance
to the HELIX training program is not based on the level of your education.
